Size Guide

Swamisz plug and strap system is so simple and functional. At first you might need to pull the strap onto your foot as you put them on, but quickly the rubber relaxes to suit your fit and they just slide on effortlessly. The important thing is that the strap isn't too large and loose or the plank too short at the heel. If you havn't worn Swamisz before and you don't know your size, getting the right fit is just a matter of taking a few easy steps:

Step 1: Measure the distance from the back of your heel to the gap between your big toe and second toe where the plug will fit. Place your heel up against a straight edge so you can get an accurate measure. Check this distance against the chart below to see which sizes are big enough for you.

Step 2: Swamisz use the EU or European size metric. Most shoes show their EU size, so if you don't know your typical EU shoe size, check your shoe collection and compare against the chart below to see which Swamisz size matches your size.

Step 3: Because the rubber strap isn't adjustable people with broad or slender foot shapes might need to choose the bigger size option (for broader feet) or the smaller option (for slender feet). If you fall into one of these categories then you will be sure about it, because finding shoes that fit well is hard for you.

Example: I placed my heel against the edge of a thick rug and used a measuring tape from where the plug would comfortably sit between my toes back to my heel = about 22cm. Now I usually buy EU size 43 shoes which is a Swamisz size 9. Looks like I would fit size 9 or 10. My feet are somewhat slender so I choose a 9.
